Abstract	Problems of definition of the corruption risks arising at functioning of military units of Armed forces of Ukraine are considered. The influence of corruption risks has been determined in the following spheres: the availability of material and technical resources; force alignment; moral and psychological condition of personnel; completeness and condition of weapons and military equipment. The necessity of preparation and approval of the Instruction on prevention of negative impact of corruption risks in military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is substantiated.
